There are many places to register your domain name. We use Network Solutions,
Inc., but you might want to look around and compare prices.

When you register your domain you'll be asked for name server information.  
Here is the primary and secondary name server info you will need to give them 
if Echo is hosting your website.  

Depending on where you registered, they may want you to supply the letters 
version, ie, echonyc.com, or the numbers version, ie, 198.67.15.2.  Here are 
both:

Prime Name Server
Primary Server Netaddress..: echonyc.com 
Primary Server Hostname....: 198.67.15.2

Secondary Name Server(s)
Secondary Server Netaddress: ns2.echonyc.com 
Secondary Server Hostname..: 69.9.189.14

Everything else you will need to provide will be about you, your address, 
billing information, etc.
